Responsibility

  • Drive sales of Skyworth products by engaging customers in retail stores, demonstrating features, and highlighting benefits to close deals.
  • Set up and maintain attractive product displays to maximize visibility and appeal, ensuring Skyworth products stand out on the sales floor.
  • Collaborate with retail store teams to align promotions, inventory, and sales strategies, fostering strong partnerships with store management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide hands-on training to customers and store staff to enhance product knowledge and confidence.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to report trends, preferences, and competitive activity to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events to stay updated on product launches, promotions, and sales techniques.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing Skyworth’s brand values with integrity and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, or customer-facing roles, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and retail partners.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques, customer psychology, and product demonstration skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or retail are advantageous.
