Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, sales funnels, and client acquisition strategies.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
