Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s food processing, packaging, and manufacturing sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
- Present and demonstrate Wiratech’s packaging and food processing machinery to prospective buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions based on client requirements.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and set targets to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly goals.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to expand Wiratech’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial machinery, packaging, or food processing sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with technical aspects of machinery (training will be provided).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Existing network in Bali’s food/beverage or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
