Responsibility
- Visit and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand market reach.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and update the maker database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales projects.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding areas as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
