Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail and consumer products sector across designated Bali locations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics and transportation needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and effective negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in logistics, retail, or consumer products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the Bali market and local business landscape is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali as required.
