Responsibility
- Optimize sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly targets
- Implement strategies to maximize incentive earnings and bonuses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability and visibility
- Provide training and support to retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and performance analytics
- Collaborate with the regional team to align on sales strategies and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, FMCG, or consumer goods
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and incentives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
