As a Sales Order Taker, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our premium food product line. Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently via phone, email, or digital platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TBS Food’s product portfolio to provide expert recommendations.
- Liaise with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Track order statuses and provide real-time updates to clients and sales teams.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue per transaction.
- Maintain detailed records of orders, customer interactions, and feedback for reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or order processing (FMCG/retail preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in using order management systems, CRM tools, or ERP software.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Willingness to work in Bali (Cangcu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
