Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of FMCG products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients in Bali to drive sales growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive order-taking and upselling strategies.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and execute in-store promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, order-taking, or customer service, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with sales or inventory management software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client visits and market assessments.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional local languages are a plus.
