Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery coordination.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve order-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets.
- Generate sales reports and analyze order trends.
- Uphold company standards for product presentation and merchandising.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, order processing, or retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and order management systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of FMCG or retail operations.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
