Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records, including order details, preferences, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to customers and internal teams.
- Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting company products.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and sales growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or order management, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences in Bali is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned coverage area as needed.
