Responsibility
- Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of discrepancies.
- Monitor order statuses, track shipments, and provide proactive updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing agreements, and order documentation in the ERP system.
- Identify and resolve order-related issues, including billing errors, delivery delays, and inventory shortages.
- Generate reports on sales order metrics, performance trends, and areas for process improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of new sales order management tools or system enhancements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales order management, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with sales processes, inventory management, and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
