Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand B2B client base in the Australian telco market.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align sales operations with business objectives.
- Optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to streamline lead tracking, reporting, and sales workflows.
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Manage contract negotiations, pricing models, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Train and mentor sales teams on best practices, tools, and market insights.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, delivery, and support teams for client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales operations, preferably in the telecommunications or tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Australian clients or markets is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and process optimization frameworks.
