Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies to support APAC business growth.
- Optimize CRM systems and sales tools to enhance productivity and data accuracy.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing teams to align operational processes.
- Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning initiatives.
- Design and deliver training programs to improve sales team efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in logistics or APAC markets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Experience with sales forecasting, reporting, and data visualization tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
