Responsibility
- Coordinate and streamline sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics tracking.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain CRM and ERP systems with up-to-date sales data, customer interactions, and inventory records.
- Assist in preparing sales performance reports, KPIs, and presentations for leadership review.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize delivery timelines and reduce costs.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including contract management and customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or retail operations is a plus.
