Responsibility
- Provide operational support to internal sales teams, ensuring efficient workflow and process adherence.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with account managers to optimize sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities to align with business objectives.
- Streamline sales processes through automation and best practice implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and enhance productivity.
- Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
