Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in visual merchandising and ensuring the sales floor is well-organized and appealing.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and welcoming shopping environment.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
