As a Sales Officer, you will be the face of our business, responsible for driving growth through strategic market engagement and the delivery of exceptional financial services. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring that our retail outlets meet and exceed their regional business targets. Responsibility

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve monthly branch targets.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential customer segments and competitive opportunities within Cebu.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients through active engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Represent the company in community events and local business gatherings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with branch operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to successful conversion and account management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
