As an SMD, you’ll play a key role in boosting product visibility, ensuring stock availability, and forging strong relationships with retail outlets. Your efforts will directly impact brand growth and customer satisfaction in one of Indonesia’s most competitive markets.

Responsibility
- Conduct daily visits to assigned retail outlets in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to monitor product stock levels and display compliance.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting products, negotiating with store managers, and securing new orders.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand market coverage and increase brand presence.
- Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in stores, including shelf arrangement and promotional displays.
- Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and inventory using company-provided tools or apps.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with retail partners through professional communication and follow-ups.
- Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and ability to travel independently across assigned territories.
- Proven sales or merchandising experience (preferred but not mandatory; training provided).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple outlets efficiently.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Ownership of a motorcycle (for mobility) and smartphone (for reporting).
