Responsibility
- Provide personalized eyewear consultations to customers, including frame selection and lens recommendations.
- Assist customers with eye examinations, prescriptions, and fitting adjustments for optimal comfort and vision.
- Educate clients on lens options, coatings, and the latest eyewear trends to enhance their purchasing experience.
- Process sales transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate records of customer orders.
- Ensure the retail counter and display areas are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the optical team to manage inventory, restock products, and track sales performance.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new eyewear collections, promotions, and industry best practices to deliver informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Optometry or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or the optical industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of eyewear products, lens types, and frame materials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet sales targets.
