Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain organized and well-stocked pharmacy shelves, ensuring product availability and display standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and expiration date checks.
- Promote health and wellness products, educating customers on their benefits and proper usage.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Pharmacy or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or pharmacy is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of over-the-counter medications, health products, and first aid supplies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other local languages is a bonus.
