Responsibility

  • Develop and implement data-driven sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and brand growth.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising to enhance online visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and new business avenues.
  • Create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and marketing collateral tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
  • Collaborate with the product and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in Bali and beyond.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategy.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales within the Indonesian market is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a bonus.
