Responsibility
- Approach and engage event attendees to promote banking products and account opening services.
- Conduct on-the-spot account openings, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed accurately.
- Explain the benefits of various banking products (savings accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.) to potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for account acquisitions and product cross-selling.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to set up and manage event booths, banners, and promotional materials.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on banking products, promotions, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales KPIs.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills to effectively pitch products to diverse audiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by event schedules.
- Familiarity with banking products, account opening processes, and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
