With a strong reputation in the industry, we are expanding our presence in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) and seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth and build lasting client relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our high-quality cutting tools to industrial clients, workshops, and manufacturing companies across Bali. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, execute campaigns, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including industrial workshops, manufacturing companies, and distributors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of TaeguTec and HPMT cutting tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, digital campaigns, and trade show participation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with cutting tools, industrial products, or B2B sales is a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing, CRM tools, or sales automation software is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
