As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Whether you are engaging with clients in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta, your efforts will directly impact the company’s revenue and market presence.
Responsibility
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in Bali’s competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including product presentations, negotiations, and closing deals with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure timely follow-ups to enhance satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the Bali region.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market needs and customer requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
