Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth across assigned properties.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators to secure long-term partnerships.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO, to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of promotional events and guest experiences.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget proposals for management review.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand business opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
