Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand the rice seed business in Mindanao.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Organize and participate in agricultural exhibitions, trade shows, and farmer training programs.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the agricultural or seed industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within Mindanao.
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and seed production is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
