Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize online sales channels, including company websites, marketplaces, and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to create compelling marketing content and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our e-commerce strategies remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management tools.
