Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Oversee branding, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of team success.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
