Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s customer base in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company goals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the paper products or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
