Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue for Inagaya Beach Club.
- Lead pre-opening campaigns, including digital marketing, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Manage relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners to secure bookings and partnerships.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for websites, social media, and promotional materials.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of guest experiences and events.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and customer satisfaction scores.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
