Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue for Inagaya Beach Club.
  • Lead pre-opening campaigns, including digital marketing, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Manage relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners to secure bookings and partnerships.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for websites, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of guest experiences and events.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, including occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury lifestyle industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
