As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our state-of-the-art laser bending machines and industrial equipment to manufacturers, fabricators, and engineering firms across Bali and beyond. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets for industrial machinery.
  • Identify and engage potential clients (manufacturers, metal fabricators, automotive, and aerospace industries) through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits of laser bending machines and related equipment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, brochures, and digital campaigns tailored to industrial buyers.
  • Negotiate contracts, prepare quotes, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and follow-ups to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial machinery, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex machinery specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and digital sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
