Responsibility
- Develop and implement B2B and B2C sales strategies to expand market reach among distributors, retailers, and food service clients.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok, and other social platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling content marketing materials, including social media posts, blogs, and promotional videos.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the food and beverage industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute integrated campaigns (online and offline) that align with brand goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Represent Aya Real Food at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
- Proven track record of managing distributor and retailer relationships with a focus on growth.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and compelling brand narratives.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to track and optimize campaign performance.
