Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, promotions, and digital content that enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract closures with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve market positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline growth, and market insights to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional connections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a pipeline of prospects.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
