Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new residential and commercial clients for solar energy solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and industry trends in Bali’s renewable energy sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their energy needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital and offline campaigns (e.g., social media, email marketing, events).
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve conversion rates.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on government policies, incentives, and regulations related to renewable energy in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in renewable energy, technology, or FMCG.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Passion for sustainability and renewable energy is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and events.
