Responsibility
- Manage and organize sales and marketing documentation, including reports, presentations, and client correspondence in English.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales and marketing teams.
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and marketing materials with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records to ensure data integrity.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and inquiries, with a focus on clarity and customer satisfaction.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth workflow and project completion.
- Monitor office supplies, inventory, and administrative budgets to optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or a related role (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and a professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles and sales processes is a plus.
