Responsibility
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all hires.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee training programs and track participation and progress.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and policies.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general workplace matters.
- Support the HR team in organizing company events and team-building activities.
- Contribute to performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (or internship) in HR, administration, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
- Passion for employee engagement and workplace culture development.
