Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the laboratory department, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate scheduling for laboratory tests, equipment maintenance, and staff rotations.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory inventory, supplies, and sample tracking.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth laboratory operations.
- Ensure compliance with SGS's quality management systems and administrative procedures.
- Support the laboratory manager in organizing meetings, training sessions, and audits.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of data integrity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a laboratory or scientific environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of laboratory processes or quality management systems is a plus.
