Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of event support services.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s services and build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events, hospitality, or tentage industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
