Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for semiconductor test equipment in the Bali and broader Indonesian market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in semiconductor, industrial equipment, or high-tech industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor test equipment and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
