Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotions.
- Review and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, interior design, or luxury goods industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for business purposes.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
