Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Platinum Cineplex locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by building relationships with hotels, resorts, corporate clients, event planners, and tourism partners.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts for private screenings, corporate events, sponsorships, and promotional partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive ticket sales, memberships, and premium experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies and maximize profitability.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure targets are met.
- Represent Platinum Cineplex at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience managing and leading a sales team, with a focus on performance and professional development.
- In-depth knowledge of Bali’s hospitality, tourism, and corporate sectors, with an existing network of contacts.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
