Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue and growth targets for circuit protection and control products in Bali.
  • Lead demand generation activities (PULL strategies) including market analysis, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns.
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-potential sales opportunities with industrial, commercial, and utility clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and partners in the region.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to provide customized solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations to showcase Eaton’s competitive advantages.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline analyses to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in circuit protection, industrial automation, or electrical components.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of circuit breakers, relays, switchgear, and control systems with the ability to discuss technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced market.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
