Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the industrial sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
