Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market presence in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory management, distribution, and supply chain coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to foster long-term business growth and collaboration.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and logistics teams to maximize performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and logistics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies, in all sales and logistics activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align business objectives and drive cohesive execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and logistics management, with a proven track record of achieving targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in sales and logistics software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices, inventory control, and distribution strategies.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian or other regional languages is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
