Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end logistics process, including order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery, to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Collaborate with sales teams to process orders, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies or delays, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including invoices, shipping documents, and inventory reports, using ERP or logistics software.
- Assist in forecasting demand and planning inventory to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, aligning with sales projections.
- Support the sales team by providing logistics-related data, such as delivery timelines, shipping costs, and inventory availability, to enhance customer communications.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline logistics operations, reduce lead times, and enhance overall productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status, shipping delays, or product availability, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods or kitchen appliances industry.
- Proficiency in using logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude, capable of identifying and resolving logistics-related issues efficiently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, with a passion for embracing a new cultural and professional environment.
