Responsibility
- Coordinate sales orders from inception to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline logistics and resolve issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Negotiate with freight forwarders and carriers to secure cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Maintain CRM and ERP systems with up-to-date sales and logistics data.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of international shipping, customs, and trade compliance is advantageous.
