Responsibility

  • Coordinate sales orders from inception to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline logistics and resolve issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to prevent stockouts or excess.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate with freight forwarders and carriers to secure cost-effective shipping solutions.
  • Maintain CRM and ERP systems with up-to-date sales and logistics data.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
