Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end order processing, from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation partners to optimize logistics operations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular audits to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Generate reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and logistics efficiency for management review.
- Resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and align inventory with business needs.
- Implement process improvements to enhance order fulfillment speed and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all logistics activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of AWS and VB benefits is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
