Responsibility

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads within the F&B industry (restaurants, cafes, hotels, etc.).
  • Support business development efforts by conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute engaging sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and digital content.
  • Participate in client meetings, demos, and follow-ups to understand their needs and propose tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Track and report sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure pipeline accuracy and transparency.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and pricing models for prospective clients.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to team brainstorming sessions to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, technology, or the F&B industry—prior experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time effectively.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a bonus.
