Responsibility
- Develop and present custom interior design concepts tailored to client needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Drive sales by identifying upsell opportunities and proposing premium design solutions.
- Create detailed 3D renderings, mood boards, and material palettes to visualize design proposals.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies to offer innovative solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and cost estimates for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to source high-quality, cost-effective materials and furnishings.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record in sales or client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage and convert clients.
- Deep understanding of space planning, color theory, and material selection.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with luxury residential and commercial design markets is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
