In this role, you will be the bridge between our world-class cultural destination and the thriving travel and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industries. We are looking for an individual who thrives on building relationships, identifies new market opportunities, and possesses the tenacity to exceed sales targets. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share among Travel Agents and MICE organizers.
- Proactively identify and approach new corporate, government, and association clients for events and group visits.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing travel partners, tour operators, and event agencies.
- Conduct regular sales presentations and site inspections to showcase GWK's unique venue offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to ensure optimal revenue and profitability for the park.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the tourism or MICE sector in Bali.
- Strong network and existing relationships with local travel agents and event organizers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays when required by event schedules.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools for pipeline management.
